Semenov closes the case of Alina's death, and Pavel reports to Schmidt that the recording on camera was carried out remotely. Meanwhile, Gradov meets with Yushkevich to talk about assistance in obtaining an exclusive permit for a natural deposit. Sergey Evgenyevich refuses such a thing, making it clear that he is not the only one on the list of applicants. Gradov, such an answer, puts you off balance. Gives time to think again, otherwise, a repeated refusal may be fatal for him. Frightened, Yushkevich demands that the captain urgently present him with indisputable facts about the entrepreneur's involvement in Alina's murder.

Semenov brings Nastya to his apartment and closes her until the morning, taking the phone. In the morning he offers her to have breakfast, after which he insists on changing into a revealing outfit. She makes it clear that if Magic doesn't pay the debt, she'll have to work it off with her body. He puts it in front of the camera to record a business card for future, possible customers. Meanwhile, Magic and his ex-wife come to the morgue for identification. He decides to quickly finish with his daughter's funeral, so he agrees to cremate her body. The urn with Alina Schmidt's ashes takes away, making it clear to Katya that she has no right to even claim the memory of her daughter. Then Katya is interested in her daughter's personal belongings, the forensic expert makes it clear that they are with the investigator, promises to give him contact. After their departure, the man reports to someone that Schmidt came with his wife.

Schmidt scolds Vera, who caused the accident of their regular client. The girl promises that this will never happen again. He agrees with her, because from now on she no longer works in the agency. Then she and Nastya discuss suspicious silence after the appearance of a hidden camera commissioned by Tamarin. Nastya, again, confidently states that the target was not them, but the banker, and his assistant Maria is most likely behind it. Meanwhile, Katya is quarreling with her roommate because she decided to cancel all the clients. She puts her outside.

Christina, a girl who worked in his "team" two years ago, reports to Magic's office. She makes it clear that she is bored with ordinary life, and modest earnings too. Asks her to take it back - Schmidt agrees and gives the appropriate order to Nastya. After that, Tamarin appears in the office with his assistant, shows Magic a video from a hidden camera, which captures his joys and demands explanations. Alexander offers to look for them from Maria, because it was she who personally checked the place where he met Zhanna. Tamarin does not want to listen to anything, demands to ensure the confidentiality he promised and, get him the source of the recording, after which he is removed from the agency.

Magic comes to Olga for explanations. She regrets the death of his girl, she considers it a measurable fee for the service. After that, he informs him of the name of a certain Zbruev Ilya Alekseevich. According to her, it is he who is able to move Yushkevich from his pedestal. He meets Maria near the building and demands an explanation. She only makes it clear that it was Olga who advised his agency for the boss.

Magic visits Ruzhinsky for advice, says that a deal was supposed to take place between Gradov and Tamarin. The bank of the first had to absorb Tamarin's bank, but at the same time he had to remain the head of one of the structures. Then Magic makes it clear that the banker was compromised, not without the participation of his girlfriend.

Magic breaks into Gradov's house and tries to kill him. He is stopped in time by the businessman's guards, after which Schmidt blames him for the death of his daughter and demands to name the reasons why he did it. Gradov hints to him that their persuasion was violated by them, so in fact he killed Alina himself. He orders his men to let Schmidt go free, because he wants him to continue to live and suffer with thoughts about his daughter. But he asks to strengthen the security.

Tamarin sends his mercenaries to Magic, who clearly show him that he should not be joked, in addition, they break the urn with his daughter's ashes. On the phone, the banker himself gives Magic the last three days to correct mistakes, otherwise, they will not only break his bones, but also let the rumor about his unprofessionalism in the city. Meanwhile, Katya reports to the agency's office and offers Nastya to punish Schmidt, especially since she has a familiar investigator and a compromiser. The next minute Semenov arrives at the office. Katya understands that they are all tied together, but does not give up the investigator, only leaves the room. Schmidt calls Nikolai and asks to organize a funeral, and Nastya asks to urgently show the video to the banker's wife and find a new apartment to live in.

Katya reports her ex-husband to the police, accuses him of organizing an escort agency and involving girls in prostitution. He also talks about communication with Semenov, who, as it turned out, works for Schmidt. The woman assures the investigator that Alina's death is not a suicide. He asks to put all her words on paper, and then says goodbye to her. After she leaves, he calls Semenov. He makes it clear that Katya wrote a statement against him, which can be at least 10 years in prison. As a sign of gratitude, he asks him to leave the paper at his place to bring him a bottle of elite alcohol.
