Season 1

Erik is sent to the only school that will accept him, Stjernsberg Boarding School. The school's concept of "team spirit" is an oppressive structure where older students bully younger ones. He meets the kitchen girl Marja, who despises the violence at the school.

The school's rules prohibit students and staff from hanging out on the school grounds, so Marja invites Erik to the evening's dance. But Silverhielm wants to seize the opportunity and teach Erik who decides.

Erik has been challenged to Rutan by Silverhielm. Erik's previous violent life in Stockholm echoes in the background. He must choose between fighting back.

With Silverhielm in hospital, Erik is convinced that he will be relegated, but the only thing he really cares about is winning back Marja

Sixteen-year-old Erik is used to violence, both at home and in the school yard. When he is relegated from school in Stockholm.

Marja saves Erik from Silverhielm's latest punishment, but when the principal finds out about their relationship, Stjernsberg must decide on Erik's place at the school.
