The fictional world of Royston Vasey is facing apocalypse and the only way to avert disaster is for our nightmarish cast of characters to find a way into the real world and confront their creators. From present day Soho to the fictional film world of 17th Century Britain, the residents must overcome countless bizarre obstacles in their bid to return Royston Vasey to safety.

The League Of Gentlemen Are Behind You is a pantomime themed stage show by The League of Gentlemen. It was their second major UK tour and premiered in 2006. The show was a departure from the Gents' trademark dark humour, thanks to the whimsical pantomime nature of it. Almost all the material performed was new and original. A performance filmed at the Apollo Theatre, Manchester, was made available on DVD. Festive fun for all local people.

The League of Gentlemen return to the stage for their first UK tour in over 12 years with their live show, featuring all the familiar faces from Royston Vasey.

Familiar faces return to Royston Vasey, settling old scores and digging up some old friends - with more bad blood than an abattoir with septicaemia. Reece Shearsmith, Steve Pemberton and Mark Gatiss star in scripts written by themselves and Jeremy Dyson.

Royston Vasey is facing a threat more terrible than anything it has faced before - boundary changes that will erase the town from the map forever. The fight to save the community from administrative annihilation comes from unexpected and surprising directions, all of them local.

The local authorities, the local paper and the local police all play their part as the developing situation in Royston Vasey reaches its earth-shattering climax. Can the genii be put back in the bottle? And what dark forces have been unleashed in the amphibarium?
