In California, what can be more al fresco than having an Italian feast right on the beach! Giada’s packing up lots of great make-ahead dishes, including Grilled Chicken with Basil Dressing, Orzo Salad, Curly Endive, Prosciutto and Mozzarella on Bruschetta and Italian S’mores!

Giada's making a meny of hearty foods to refuel you. First is Chicken Tetrazzini and a side of Broccoli. And for dessert Giada's preparing a light and festive Raspberry Almond Tart that's a breeze to make.

The big game is this weekend and Giada invites her friends over for a fun party filled with Italian finger foods. Hearty crowd-pleasers that will get the game going. Recipes include: Sundried Tomato Kebabs, Cheese and Spinach Puff Pastry Pockets, Steak Sandwiches and Italian-Style Baked Beans

Here’s a menu that’s perfect for a night in with the girls: Pancetta and Parmesan Torte is Giada’s version of a classic quiche. Her White Fish with Lemon Vinaigrette is delicious. And for something dazzling - Prosecco Fruit Gelatin.

Today, Giada is stirring a pot of Spicy Bean Soup, baking up a tray of Spicy Italian Corn Bread and making a mug of Spicy Mocha that’s topped with an espresso cocoa whipped cream. She’ll pack this up for a picnic on the beach with her husband.

There's nothing more romantic than a dinner you create for that someone special, and Giada's got the perfect menu. Thin slices of steak Carpaccio, some red wine risotto and red raspberry cream cupcakes. These recipes are so good they may just heat up your love life.
