A fresh batch of bakers take on fiddly fondant fancies, a Signature Swiss roll and a landscape cake Showstopper. Who'll be having their cake and eating it as they’re crowned the first Star Baker?

It's Biscuit Week, and the bakers make Hobnobs and memento time capsules. Whose keepsake crunch will see them hobnobbing as star baker? And whose time has crumb to an end?

The bakers make a pull-apart monkey bread Signature, a fast food Technical and a tiered sweet bread Showstopper. Who'll rise to the top, and who kneads to dust themselves off?

We're going back to school, as the bakers make canteen flapjacks, school cake and a school fete Showstopper. Who'll be top of the class, and who'll be expelled from the tent?

The bakers melt into Chocolate Week with fiddly mousse cups, a tricky tart and a fab fondue display. Whose fondue will get them through, and whose mousse will cut them loose?

For the signature challenge, the bakers were given two and a half hours to produce a savoury pastry plait with a savoury filling. For the technical challenge, set by Paul, the bakers were asked to bake in two and a half hours a gala pie with piccalilli. For the showstopper challenge, the bakers were given four hours to make their own visually stunning sculpted tart.

In an egg-ceptional Bake Off first, it's Meringue Week, and the bakers whisk up tarts, soufflés and ice cream cake. Who can keep their cool? Whose soufflé will be in disarray?

It's Dessert Week and the bakers make Spanish-style cheesecake, gluten-free sponge and a tricky trifle. Who'll have a wobble, and who'll be Basque-ing in glory?

Alison Hammond and Noel Fielding present as the semi-finalists take on patisserie week, serving up cream horns and tackling a recipe for a sugar glass dome in the technical round. In the showstopper, they produce a macaron sculpture that depicts something meaningful to them, before judges Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood decide who will be going through to the final.

It's the final and the bakers make classic iced buns and a jaw-dropping tower of French delights. Whose biggest cake in Bake Off history will take showstopping victory?
