Infamous Cali drug cartel is the biggest criminal organization in the world and its leaders are the most wanted men in Colombia, but finding out their location seems an impossible mission due to the support they get from the police.

Chacho gets in trouble with Flavio over a woman; Ricardo agrees to work for Manuel so as to be able to kill Escolar.
