Overview
Detective Jess Savage wants to leave the past behind and make the most of her tentative new relationship with daughter Ruby-but a blackmailer is making that impossible, threatening to expose Jess as a murderer. As Jess hunts for her blackmailer, she solves crimes on Waiheke Island with her partner, DS Justin Harding, whose attempts to reconnect with his criminal father lead to a shocking outcome.
