Piper Penguin and His Fantastic Flying Machines

Piper Penguin yearns to one day fly like other birds. Unfortunately, he's earth-bound, and his penguin friends do little more than ridicule his dreams. But Piper has a plan to get airborne that involves lots of duct tape, trash and ingenuity.
